Registration Information

Teams may register for the EMS Simulation Games by selecting one available time slot during registration. Each time slot represents a scheduled simulation scenario and is limited to one team per slot. Once a slot is filled, it will no longer be available for selection.

Each team must consist of one medic and one engine company (up to five total participants). Mixed agency teams are permitted for departments that operate jointly with fire or private EMS.

Please ensure all team members are available for the selected time slot. Teams should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled scenario time for check-in and briefing. Late arrivals may forfeit their slot.

Registration is limited and will close once all slots are filled or prior to the event date. Confirmation emails will be sent upon successful registration

All rooms run identical scenarios. If your preferred time is full, select another room.
